lunch- speghetti-350 and salad -90
dinner: crackers and cheese- 400
not bad, but not the greatest.

i haven't been running lately, or doing my excersises. its such a hassel.
breakfast: 3 slices of french bread= 450 calories
cereal & fudge= 250
dinner: corn, mashed potatos, ham probably around 400 calories
dessert: ice cream....... FUCK.
tomorrow my grandma is coming for dinner and im going to HAVE to eat......
every time she comes over she's always going on about how thin im looking and how i should get more meat on my bones.
such a typical grandma.....
after christmas im going on a 72 hour fast...... someone joiin me
sooooo i have binged like 3 times in the past few days..... ugh
i feel so disgeusting, but i went on a 3 mile run last night.
gained a few lbs, maybe a fast will help?
